A little bit more about what makes Kirkland House one of the best farm wedding venues in Vancouver. This historic century-old Edwardian farm house is located just outside of Vancouver in the charming community of Ladner. Kirkland House is a wedding ceremony and reception venue and has both indoor and outdoor options. The most common location to have a wedding ceremony at Kirkland House is in the beautiful gardens behind the house. The gardens are set on over 4 acres of farmland which makes it ideal for large weddings. The Heritage house is available to get ready in before your wedding ceremony and also doubles as an intimate wedding reception venue. Recent renovations on the property have included a large barn which is perfect for those wanting a rustic wedding reception. The Kirkland House Barn is a large wedding reception venue and can seat up to 250 people. When it comes to wedding photos at Kirkland house you have plenty of options. The grounds are expansive and located in the heart of farmland. Deas Island Regional Park is also a short drive away and the perfect location for unique Kirkland House wedding photos.
