When Victoria told me that her and Tim wanted a “Jurassic Park feel” to their engagement session location, I knew of just the spot. Right in the middle of West Vancouver suburbia, Cypress Falls Park is something of a hidden gem. A few minute hike down from the parking lot and you’re transported to another world. Surrounded by waterfalls cascading over rocks, cliffs covered in moss and ancient trees bridging the chasms, its a wild place and the perfect location for an adventure engagement session. Definitely not somewhere to be concerned about getting a little dirty, Victoria and Tim came dressed ready to scramble over rocks and wade into the icy water. The moment we exited the canyon I was already looking forward to the next time I get visit this incredible spot in Vancouver.
