North Arm Farm Wedding Cost
North Arm Farm offers very straightforward and simple wedding pricing by separating the actual venue rental and catering costs. As with most venues, rates go down for weekday wedding and I strongly suggest considering a one of these days if you are looking to keep costs down.
Full day venue rental prices range from $5,000 – $7500 (depending on the day) and includes access to the Farm and fields, the barn, Bistro and a number of other amenities.
North Arm Farm also offers a reduced rate of $3,000 for shorter four hour bookings. This is ideally suited for just the ceremony or smaller celebrations. Four hour bookings are only available from Monday- Thursdays.
For Catering, you have the option of using the farm or bringing in your own caterer. Menus are customizable and cost $70 per guests. Saturday and Sunday wedding dates also come with a $6000 food and beverage minimum.

After hearing for years about this incredible spot at the base of Mount Currie in Pemberton I finally got to photograph a wedding at North Arm Farm. Meeting the resident dogs and sheep within five minutes of being on the property confirmed all the hype :) For any couple that loves nature it truly is the perfect outdoor wedding venue. If I had known about it when my wife and I got married years ago we absolutely would have held our wedding there.
Vani and Jeff along with their uber talented planner Ola from Flock Events planned the most perfect day for their family and friends flying in from all over. Before we get to their big day, a little more about what you can expect from this wedding venue nestled at the foot of Mount Currie.
Just a short drive north of Whistler (and a little further from Vancouver), this part time venue is actually a working farm during the week and has plenty of animals on the property (most of the extremely cute variety). While many people stop by for the organic produce, on weekends it becomes an expansive and unique wedding venue. The first things wedding guests are greeted to as arrive on the property is the massive barn. Beautiful maintained yet still rustic, this is where the dancing usually happens at the end of the night. It also serves as a more than capable backup ceremony location in the event of rain. The space is a blank canvas and with the right planner it can be transformed into a truly incredible area.
On warm days wedding ceremonies are usually held on the lawn in front of the barn. With Mt Curry looming in the background, this is a breathtaking location to say I do. Its large enough to accommodate bigger groups but the surrounding trees also allow for a more intimate setting if necessary.
My personal favorite for receptions is eating family style at one long table in the field. The décor options are endless but with the surrounding mountains you really don’t need to do a whole lot. While we’re on food – I highly recommend considering the Collective Kitchen for your catering. They offer organic menu options and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten at a wedding. A great reason for having your wedding at North Arm Farm is that they allow you to bring in your own alcohol. Not only does this help bring wedding costs down but you are able to create unique and personalized cocktails for your guest.
For wedding portraits there’s no need to leave the property. From a giant willow tree, to the vineyards and ivy covered building there are so many options for rain or shine.
Like many outdoor wedding venues in Pemberton (or anywhere for that matter), North Arm Farm does require quite a bit of effort in planning as most supplies need to be brought in. For this reason I highly recommend hiring a wedding planner. Ola (who planned this wedding) and Pocketful Productions are both based in the area and are two of the best.
Back to Vani and Jeff’s wedding. They settled on North Arm Farm as their dream wedding venue early on and knew it would amaze all their guests, many being in BC for the first time. Vani got ready in a stunning lakehouse nearby and hired the ultra talented Colleen Conroy to take care of both her hair and makeup. We just had to utilize the dock and surrounding forest for a few bridal portraits before heading off the the wedding venue. With Vani and her dad hidden away in their vintage car (another great find by Ola) Kristen from Young Hip and Married greeted guests to the ceremony. She did a fantastic job of keeping the ceremony light and fun but still managed to make it personal. It also helped to have the amazing Martin Acost from Soundstripe Music serenading Vani as she walked down the aisle. Martin went above and beyond and learned specific songs that Vani and Jeff had requested. After the ceremony we explored the best parts of North Arm farm for portraits. The vibrant colours of the bridesmaid dresses contrasted beautifully with the blues and greens of the surrounding mountains. Speciality cocktails were served before the reception and as the sun began to set everyone made their way to the long table in the field. There truly are few better wedding reception settings that I’ve seen. Vani and Jeff entered the reception through the colourful flower bed and were soon laughing alongside their guest at the funny and heartfelt speeches. The darkness brought a chill but Martin soon had the perfects songs playing and the dance floor was hopping.
